We are located upstairs, inside Explore Booksellers in beautiful Aspen, Colorado.
Pyramid Bistro is proud to be named the first nutritarian restaurant. Our mission is to serve the most nutrient dense foods for optimum health. We offer a wide selection of seasonal foods that are always delicious, nourishing, upbeat, organic and local whenever possible. We also serve fish and chicken for those with less strict dietary needs.
In upholding with our philosophy to provide the most naturally produced and environmentally conscious food products, the wines featured in our restaurant represent those wineries practicing bio-dynamic, organic and sustainable farming.
Within this web page we offer educational videos, favorite book section, outstanding recipes, catering and information on physicians and nutritionists who support a plant based diet both locally and nationally.
Come in for lunch, dinner or enjoy an organic cup of coffee or "salon tea" in the afternoon. Browse through a good book and meet like minded people who care for there health and the health of our planet.

Re-Opening the First Week in June
Thank You all for your patronage the winter of 2012-2013. We will be closed for the off season and will be open the first week in June with a new seasonal menu. We can't wait for see what the chef will come up with this season!

Pyramid Bistro “The Ultimate Aspen Catering Team”
Pyramid Bistro is proud to announce that once again we have been selected to cater the most spectacular event of the season. In late June and on Labor Day weekend we will cater the blockbuster Jazz Aspen events.
Last year 90 of the most distinguished managers, chefs and waiters catered the Jazz Aspen Labor Day weekend, serving a total of 6000 patrons over a 3 day period. Pyramid Bistro took on the patrons tent with 6 live stations , 3 buffets, a VIP Tent and the casual grill.
Meanwhile, sister restaurant Riverside Grill catered to guests by featuring a taco station and a noodle bowl station with 8 choices.
We have also been chosen again this year to cater for the super exclusive “Aspen Art Crush”.
